Default Side 2 side axle play question

Hello,
I was noticing their is some side to side axle play when I hold the frame and move/wiggle the axle. Is this normal, I really never noticed it before.
Thanks

You'll have some movement, the pivot balls in the rod ends are a little sloppy plus there's some minor flex in the suspension. If it seems excessive check the links to make sure they're tight and check the rod ends/pivot balls for wear or damage.

Thanks, its not to excessive so I will let it be, but I will check the pivot balls and make sure everything is tight.

...normal

Ever increasing wear at the link's eye ends (consumable)
will increase the axle's lateral movement (play - slop).

Higher quality - beefier link ends could tighten up that play some.
Replacing the plastic pivot balls with metal balls offers tighter tolerances.

But because the link ends/balls are a consumable item...
it may be pertinent to exchange for new on occasion.
