Ya there's a steel one, which is heavier and more aimed towards welding for custom builds. I got alum for a bit of weight savings

And any idea how much they weigh..
I went down to RC Country Hobbies the other day and checked out the BPC Chassis, they are heavy. I just ordered the TSS Chassis, I personally like the raised bumper mounts and higher arches for more compression.

Well then it's a good thing you didn't have any LiPo carnage on the way down either! What happened to your input gear shaft that connects to the spur? It looks bent in the photo?

Softcase lipo too. The knight customs battery relocation held it good. Nothing wrong with the top shaft, probably looks bent due to the slipper spring being locked down

No way, if you are playing with rc's and aren't breaking stuff, you are either driving way too cautiously, or you don't like fun.

Seeing those pics over and over and over again I can't get believe how bent out of shape it got.and ever time i look i see something else broking no offense.
Good excuse to buy new parts...
After it was all said and done did you by any chance try to see if it would still run or even move or was it toast...
Almost like a ride off, like in real life 1:1

Like what? The damage consists of:frame, sliders, 2 shocks, and 1 vp link. If that isn't something you are ready to replace, or repair in this hobby........

OF COURSE I CHECKED OPERATION!!!!! Have you never bailed an rc? I tried to drive it off the trail, with varying success.
