Steering mod questions

I looked for a thread for this but kept getting the run around. My question is will high clearance steering knuckles work with any c hub, plastic aluminum, vanquish ? If someone can answer or post pics or links to where I can find the answer thank you.

The Vanquish 8 degree knuckles only work with their 8 degree c hubs. Other ones on the market (Axial, Hot Racing, etc) should work with the stock c hubs or aluminum copies but not the Vanquish 8 degree ones (the geometry is different).

yes, the axial high clearance knuckles work on stock plastic chubs, strc chubs, all except vanquish like stated above...

I just upgraded my front end to the Vanquish stage 1 kit (8 degree knuckles, c-hubs and rear lockouts). I did so because I lost a screw on one of my stock axial c-hubs after running on some rocks at a park nearby. I decided to go with this kit because the plastic c-hubs and coarse thread screws will get sloppy over time and will eventually fall out. If you can afford to do so, I would highly recommend upgrading to aluminum c-hubs and knuckles at the same time. I'm very happy with the Vanquish parts. Your mileage may vary. Have fun.
