| Dusted off the old honcho
After a few months sitting on a shelf collecting dust the beast ran today. Not much has changed with it since I last ran it a few years back except I powered coated the shocks and the links. There is not much for rocks here but I found a decent sandy flood plain near a local river. Kinda fun except this truck is built heavy for mud and rocks not sand and snow. So it dug in real quick if I gave it too much throttle. I spent more time with vid then pics so I have a only a few pics to show. Vid here. Not sure how to play the vid on here. https://youtu.be/xA7lFUOj_y8 Last edited by toka100; 10-26-2015 at 09:04 AM. |

It's always nice to get out the old toys and still have fun with them. I had my dad find my old truck in my old bedroom at their house. It's been sitting for fifteen years or better! I believe most of the electronics are shot, but it's still fun to look at and mess around with. Who knows, maybe one day I'll get it fixed up for the kids to play with!
