Guess it was just a matter of time before people started doing these simple conversions. :( They do look awesome and we've joked it's the only way to build s reliable Twin Hammers. Haha. My son wanted a tube style build and I just don't have time between jobs so that's what prompted our TwinHammerScX10 last year. Good job on yours and bet your son is stocked. |

Hey Teenracer, Great looking build, definitely looks like a capable rig! I have been googling those frame rails for a bit and can't find anything on them. Where did you pick these up? I would be interested in buying a set or something similar with more axle clearance than the stock SCX10 rails. Let me know if you can! Killer rig! |

Hi All, Bit of an update on how this build is going, raced U4RC in December and sway bars made a huge difference. It did though highlight the COG is a touch high. So I swapped out the 93mm Gmade Shocks to 85mm Gmade Shocks with soft springs all round and fitted up the hard sway bars. My younger son is getting better so prepping to increase the speed of the rig Also fitted up a JunFac front diff skid, compromised a bit of front angle approach and slipperiness to help protect the Servo. |
