|  proline jeep 2 door inner fenders?
hey guys, I have a scx10 dingo and I have fitted up a proline 2 door rubicon body and was wondering if anyone has attempted this. ive taken an interest in "knight customs" inner fenders for the axial rubicon body and im wondering how close of a fit i could get with them on the proline jeep body? is this possible? thanks. the rear body post is actually 2 of them, i put 2 pins and 2 zipties and attached them together staggard so i was able to raise the body a little higher to my liking.  |

| Re: proline jeep 2 door inner fenders?  You could always make some of your own. these were free and took about 30 minutes to make. these were for the 2dr proline body before I started to dissect it and do full cage no top, no doors, no windshiel, no.... |

I don't mean to hijack the thread but can you show how you mounted the headlights to the body? I have the same body and some axial light buckets but haven't figured a good way to mount the light buckets to the body. Thanks! Ben |

not a problem! TBH i pretty much winged it one night... i took a scalpel style exacto knife and slowly trimmed out the headlights. touched up the edging with a black paint pen and siliconed the lens face in as straight as i could get it. once it was dry i shot the "buckets" themselves in some silver and they clip into the face which was siliconed in.... siliconed the the life out of everything and they are sturdy and i havent had any problems. its just basic clear stuff so it hides fairly well.  glad you like them. i have the axial led kit in them if you were wondering. heres some pics.    |

yeah, the plastic spindle case for CDs. i cut them with a Dremel, they are pretty brittle while cutting but durable once installed. The final ones on that rig were made with Styrene. Really easy to cut and glue. Just trying to give you some options   |
