Do you guys regularly lube or grease the drive shaft joints or CVD joints? I was just curious of this if this should be a routine thing to do

I lube my XVD joints and other CVD style joints like axial stock drive shafts with Lucas red and tacky grease and clean off the excess after initial rotation check for smoothness. Never broke An axial CVD on 2 scx10s and a wraith and a ax10, and only broke on first gen xvd. Just my experiences, but I like to keep metal on metal moving parts lubed. But as stated depending on conditions dry graphite may be more beneficial.

I always clean and put the Lucas red and tacky on my shaft joints. The water will cause rust terribly fast if not. This works well on my rigs but it depends what environment you run in.
