Default parnhard bar questions

hey guys

how do i adjust or setup and parnhard bar correctly? i have a lot of bump steer?

The panhard bar or Trac-bar is designed to locate the axle left to right. If you making your own set up I highly recommend using a turnbuckle with both left and right handed threads to adjust it on the rig. If you have bump steer it's because the drag link and panhard bar are not at the same length or angle. A pic of your rig will help us help you.

I think i would make a new taller bracket on the axle side , so that your drag link and track bar are parallel.

Or... Put your tie rod under the knuckle, and your steering link on top, that should get your angles close without any other mods.

i was also thinking about buying the mount from vanquish.

Are you sure what your getting is bump steer?


(when you compress your suspension your steering is turning?)

I've seen a lot of people complain about bump steer when that's not at all what is going on.

i got it fixed now no bump steer
