Default '56 F100 build

I've always wanted to do a build of the Proline 56 F100, so I've been collecting parts and putting this one together for some time, and it's close to where I want it to be now, only have lighting and interior to go next.
Hope you like it .

Parts used in the build
All metal RRP trans gears
Axial HD bevel gears
Vanquish Stage 1 kit
Proline scaler shocks
VP VVD
Hitec HS-7954SH
CC BEC
CASTLE SV3 ESC
35 turn lathe motor
PITBULL RB2 on GCM Beadlocks
VP aluminum transmission
VP Hurtz Dig
MIP shafts

I made this riser so that I wouldn't have to mod the skid for the Dig- but it's a balance of rise vs binding the rear shaft since it's a short wheelbase (I had to clock the pinion quite a bit

It looks super-sharp! Love the combo of blue/black and how you faded the two colors together. The trans looks bomb-proof, but you kept the stock spur/slipper setup? I put the RRP on mine, and covered it with the VP aluminum cover, I'll try to put some pics of it my thread. Keep up the good work

Yearn that bumper might just be temporary, I don't like how it blocks the lights either.
I was thInking one of these might work

Color combo with that body style is a perfect match. My vote is for the second bumper also.

The Wheelbase is about 11 inches, give or take a quarter inch

Well she's running now, and pretty well. I added Exile RC Bigger Better Beef tubes - big improvement 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Also went with a MMP and built my own lighting control box.

Well as much as I like the bumpers on this truck, I found they impeded approach and departure angles, so with a competition in a couple days, I set about machining and brazing some new 4130 bumpers that look like they belong on the truck. I'm pretty happy with them
