It would be helpful for us-the community, to know what spur you are running or if you plan on replacing both the spur gear and pinion gear. Additional information will help us help you.

Also what your trying to do with the rig. Faster pace trailing or more slow speed crawling. Lower tooth count on the pinion=slower, higher tooth count=faster. It's the opposite for the spur gear.

The stock setup on my CR edition rubicon is 20T pinion 87T spur with 48 pitch on a 27T motor. What scx do you have? Some have the 32P gears. My stock setup was great for both trailing and crawling until my lady smoked the motor and esc. Are you running 2S or 3S? Your going to need to know the pitch to buy the right pinion btw
