Default Crawler Innovations foams

I bought some Crawler Innovations foams on boxing day for my scx, Lil novas standard inner soft outer for the front and standard inner medium outer for the rear. I got the fronts installed on my Incision wheels with 1.9 Pitbull Growlers and i feel like the foams are super stiff. Will they break in after a few runs? They were a tight fit to get them in the Growlers

What size did you get? 4.75" is the tallest I think... Do they come with a thin ring of soft foam as well? If so you might get more 'squish' if that's removed!

I usually will go down a size in foams. Your pitbulls are 4.75 diameter like a couple tires I have on my rigs, I run 4.5 lil novas with mediums outers in the front and firms outers in the rear.... works out great, gives me a bit of squish that I look for with just enough support for the rig...

If I remember correctly, Eric ( from Crawler Innovation used to said in his video ) 4.75 forms will be a bit too stiff for your rig if your truck weight under 6 lbs

I'm tempted to remove mine as after 6 months there's no change and I have a heavy rig (7lbs). That's for the double deuce as I run 2.2...
