|  SCX10 II Shortened Wheelbase
I'm thinking about using an SCX10 II kit as the base for a scale International Scout project. The body will have a 10" wheelbase (25.4MM). Has anyone shortened the wheelbase this far? I see that STRC sells a short wheelbase chassis kit for the SCX10 but I'm not sure if it will work on the II.

I don't think SCX10-specific kits will work because they're all designed around a servo on axle setup. The wheelbase of the II is adjustable, but all the movement has to happen on the rear link lengths so you don't mess up the geometry up front.

I shortened my wheel base, i used short rear links moved it 3/4 of inch
