Default Fresh Honcho Issue

Unboxed a brand new Trail Honcho last night. Took it for a run today. After about 30 minutes I took it inside to check it over again.
Realized straight away there was an upper link missing from the front end. After some checking, it appears it was never even installed from the factory. The ball end is even installed on the pumpkin. Checked the parts bag and sure enough there was one link in there.
Anyone else experience anything like this? Also it sounds like I have a click coming from the transmission at low speed.

This. With a pan hard bar you only want one upper link. The ball installed on the axle is to prevent the tab from flexing or breaking in shipping most likely.

However, I've only ran one pack through this truck since new and I now have no lights. Idk, what that's about.

The front set had a bad solder connection I found. Fixed it and so the front pair work again. Rear set I still have not found a reason.
