Well dang it!

I made the mistake of putting my F150 body on my Honcho....

Its perfect....

I had the F150 setup with Rc4wd deep dish rims, and Pitbull Growlers, I loved the look, and the stance, so on they went to the new chassis after I threw the long links on it.

And borrowed my honcho bumper for mockup....

The F150 lives on in its latest incarnation...

It drove great today, on a mild trail nearby.. A light dusting of dry snow made things intresting and the firm foams and cold temps made traction a throttle management exercise.

I didnt take many pictures, but I did manage one...

Whelp, I managed to find a bumper I like for the rear... It could be a bit wider, but it will keep that pesky bronco off my rear...

I also cut off the tailgate, and mounted my spare tire in the rear...

Ok going with it....

Axial "Blazer" bumper....

It hangs way out front, and gives the truck a terrible approach angle, the Warn doesn't fit in the pocket, Neither does the bulldog, or XD9000. Absolutely perfect.

Tires are Vaterra Tsl's mounted on Twin Hammers kit rims and Axial beadlock rings.

I ran down south to boise Id, and brought a couple rigs with me. My 10 year old nephew drove the trail Honcho and I drove Ding beat.

I found the weak link bashing through the field. I broke a rear shock tower, ran to Action Hobbies in Meridian grabbed a new tower and installed it then almost imediately broke the sock cap. Shock caps were not in stock though, so the owner did me a solid and gave me a rod end and a screw. I should be able to fix it in the morning and have both trucks going again.

My nephew beat the living snot out of my honcho with zero failures.

Ok got the new honcho bumper in, and made a 1/8" skid for the front. I mounted the warn 9.5 ci and some lights up front as well.

Another run today.....

HLDMYBR and I went up to Como lake and busted.... Too much snow on the ground. Those Duratrax Deepwoods really work but even the Bronco got bogged down in the snow. y F150 with the Growlers was hopeless.

Next we went to Corvallis crossing and did a beach run.... Not much of a challenge there..... Overall fun day but not real exciting....

Thanks for looking.
