What hex adapters?

Gorilla tightened one of my hex adapters while building my kit, and long story short the head of the screw is stripped. To make matters worse, in my haste to finish things with the end in sight I forgot to put the little aluminum bushing on first. Tried all the usual tricks and long story short it’s not coming off. I’ve accepted the fact that the “fix” will be to replace the stub axle but since I’ll need to buy some new hex adapters as well, anybody have recommendations? I’m not super happy with the track width as is so I’d like to go with something wider if possible. I think I have +10’s on my trx-4 and those seem to be a pretty good setup. Thoughts?
