Default Misleading diagrams in Step F could lead to mounting your shocks incorrectly

Basically all of the diagrams in Step F (chassis construction) for mounting the base of the shocks to the axles appear to show shocks mounting to the INSIDE of the link bar. That is incorrect and misleading.

I've attached 2 illustrations below as an example, but they all show the same thing:





I initially followed these diagrams and while it went together there was significant interference between the springs and the frame. Also if you study the illustrations in later steps you can see they have the shocks mounted correctly on the outside of the links.
