Sundays comp. The Wraith did well when it was running. First I had the front MIP start slipping, took a time out and locktited it again, then I was running in 3 Wheel Drive as one side of the rear locker let loose (I swear I lock tire everything), continued running and making progress in 3 WD until my HH27T decided to flame on. So one quick dunk in the river to put out the flames and a DNF in the books, but still happy with how it ran. I have a custom HH13T Crawlmaster build coming for it. |

I actually didn't blow it, just didn't get the axle flat under the grub screw. I am running the Felsenfest or whatever the hell they are called. That was a tough day for the Wraith and the Mog. The Wraith went to 3WD first, and I continued to push it and finally smoked the HH 27T Torquematster AND the HS-7955TG. The Mog was fast and tore the course up but I had a steering issue and had to take a reverse every time i turned to the left to recenter the steering. The horn was too long and was hanging on the frame. I had the fastest time but dropped to second due to all the reverses. Well that and damn Johnny has got Mellons down pat and drove the course with barely any penalties. Plus he was only 1/2 a minute behind me in time. Locker is fixed and I have a new HS-7954 in for now till I get the HS-7955 back from repair. Also put a HH 13T Crawlmaster in it with a 56/14 gearing and dropping to 3S instead of 4S. Less punishing on the truck and on 4S it was stupid fast. Gotta test the Mog out to see if I got it fixed. |

Putting a new 4A Heyok winch controller after our outing at The Cliffs. I went turtle in the creek in a hole and the standard controller got wet and disabled all the electronics. Cleaned and dried it all out, re-waterproofed it all and now changing the wiring with a receiver bypass for the steering servo so it gets its full power and adding a 1300MHr 2S dedicated for the winch. Waiting on these to get in stock at RPP: Gmade XD Piggyback Shock 103mm (2) Note: Had to use RC4WD's link as there is more info. |

I have to say those shocks look amazing. If they work half as good as they are supposed to, I'll be a very happy camper. I may just be happy anyways once I get these. |
