| ESC or motor again?
I researched some of the other threads but still not sure if my problem is the same. Usually when I turn on the wraith I will get some beeps form the ESC then again when it connects with the receiver. I have tried adjusting/playing with the trim and now have it set in the middle. I can see the lights on the ESC turn red when I try to reverse and green when I accelerate. Problem is its' just not doing anything? Steering is working and lights are coming on. Son played in the mud about three months again but its been running fine till about a week ago. It's been sitting in the house so I imagine everything is dry. Running a HPIracing 35t motor everything else is stock. TIA |

The chimes, when the ESC arms, comes from the motor windings ringing from the ESC pulses. Check to see if you have moved the throttle reverse switch to the wrong position. You can try recalibrating the ESC. The procedure is in the instruction manual. If recalibration doesn't fix it, then I would try another motor next. Last edited by k7zpj; 09-21-2014 at 04:44 PM. |
