Smile Rapid Rhino Wraith #1 - Build Thread

So this is the teaser post, I'll edit it later and add the detailed specs I did on Rapid Rhino Wraith (Original).

This is my second Wraith and honestly this one is still stock with the exception of custom body panels.

Here is a short video as an intro:

A tumbling we will go, a tumbling we will go. So you are building this one up or is it already done? Those panels on the top of the roll cage look great.

I love the blue color and the body work looks great.

So this one I'm going to turn into a FOFF I believe.

Got in a new set of tires today: the Intimidator 2.2 Formula Offroad Tires from RC4WD

https://store.rc4wd.com/Intimidator-...res_p_723.html

I also swapped out the stock motor for a Titan 12T, at the moment I'm stilling running on 2S and a stock ESC. I have to start planning the upgrade to the drive shafts and figure out what badass brushless motor I want to install. I figure this beast doesn't need to be water proof. I have my other Wraith for that.

I also found a driver and will start the build out for the "realistic steering" Will try and provide better pictures and details this time around.

It's been a while since I updated this thread, haven't done a lot to the vehicle either, other than drive it a lot.

Here is my latest video featuring this Wraith:

and @k_goodrich's Wraith driving the same trail:
