Default Steering axle shaft

I may have missed what you guys are doing for steering axle shaft like the CVD RC4WD had. I need a set for my extra axle housing. Thanks for any help on this.

get some CVD's. i haven't had a problem with mine yet. i love how they turn compared to the stock rtr dog bones.

No, universals from Axial are currently the only good option.

anyone have a link for where you can get a set? Mine binds up pretty good at full turn, maybe not even at full

just go to google and it will bring up a hand full of sites that carry them. im not sure who has them in stock right now.

I have the Axial CVD shafts now and they are ok but have a lot of slop in them. I guess i well just have to use the Axial CVD shafts for now. Thanks for the info.

Just FYI, they are NOT A CVD. CVD stands for constant velocity drive, which is entirely different design. The Axials are a universal joint style.

Thanks i just ordered a set from RPP for my backup axle housings. See you tomorrow at broken dam. I am bringing mt new wraith with AX10 axles and a 35t motor.
