Default Newly traded Wraith

So I just traded my TF2 for a nice Wraith with some goodies. I was wanting more speed than what I was going to get out of my TF2 and since RC4WD just produced a 2spd tranny, I couldn't restrain myself.

Here is what she came with:

Savox 1256tg Titanium High Torque servo
Castle ae2 3s lipo ESC
Titan 550 12T Motor

HR CNC Aluminum Solid Steering Rod
HR CNC Aluminum Drag Link
HR CNC Aluminum front diff cover
HR CNC Aluminum rear diff cover
HR CNC Aluminum bearing caps front diff
HR CNC Aluminum bearing caps rear diff
HR CNC Aluminum Unibody lockers
HR CNC aluminum upper fixed links ki

Losi Aluminum threaded comp crawler shocks
Vanquish Products Titanium Lower Links
Vanquish Products Titanium rear steer bent tie rod

Robinson racing ahrd steel bottom diff gear
Robinson racing hard steel idler gear

HPI Rock claws tires
Axial 8hole beadlocks

I think I came out nicely trading a stock and painted TF2. Give the cage a new paint job and will be nice and new. Just wish I could have built it. I think I will do a tear down soon, especially when I get that 2spd tranny

Going to take it out for a full run today. I got it late late last night and the drive train was really loud going forward and bothered people. Reverse was nearly quiet though. Anyone know what the culprit is there? Grease the axles or tranny??

What would you suggest to get for a rebuild? I know I want to get metal chubs and knuckles and rear lockouts.

I just stripped the spur gear I think. Grinds going forward and only moves in reverse.

Yep, stripped the spur gear. thinking the slipper was too tight for my 3s LiPo.

I started a thread on the noise, will post updates there . Loud noise forward and Quiet in reverse
