Is it possible your esc came out of calibration?
Have you ever cleaned your motor out at all?

I tried reprograming it with the castle usb thing and its still slow.. For cleaning the motor ya I never cleaned it, Even tho I never cleaned out my axial scx10 either and that still works as new. And I had it over 1 year now. How do you clean a motor? I see that you just put it in water and run it, But not sure.

I just don't get it sense forward works as good as it was new. I was thinking maybe the motor is getting weaker but I would think forward would be weak too. Going too try reprograming it again.
