| Cut my RipSaws and there awesomer now
cutting these tires was a big eye opener, i have a kinda course that the stock ripsaws would do but would flound around and took more wheel speed. first time with the cut tires it went right through where it usualy takes me some floundring to do. literaly kinda jaw dropping difrence. i also found the next mod wich looks like itl be a metal servo horn. i have metal horns on my helicopter so i may steal one from it. im now conviced the hb crawler tires will be awesome with there wide open tread. i also got to thinking about 1;1 rigs and the tires used on them. the tires we use on them are what we think will best suit our needs. so thats what the wraith will get and it doesnt need to look like a 1;1 tire it needs to perform i also think some cut bogers would be a good allaround offroad tire wich is exackly what i run on the my 1:1 not saying stock ripsaws dont do very well they actualy do pretty dang good and will go through some amazeing lines. I cut the side treads. Debating which middle tread to take out. I'm wondering if the smaller bits might give more grab. It would give a very diagonal tread pattern. Not sure if that would be good |

In the video above, are you using a "grinding" wheel or a "flap" wheel. Looking to shave the sidewalls on some Ripsaws here soon... thanks! |

my tires with the small lugs cut out are working awesome in the dirt aswell as hooking like crazy in the rocks. the above vid isnt mine. i stumbled across it and tired it. works great to shave sidewalls. it took me about 1 16oz keystone to finish shaveing all 4 tires. |
