Default Driveshafts short vs long?

Hello, I have been searching the "threads" but unable to find out why of the extra driveshaft housings in the kit, two are 45mm and the other two are the same length as the ones built at 60mm. Is it for different power combinations

the other ones are for a shorter wheelbase

im breaking them and useing them all. ounce i run out of the kit drive shafts ill have to order junfacs or MIPs. i broke the long ones first and have broke one short one
