Default couple Wraith/VP questions

ok, so im trying to compile a parts list of stuff i may need from vanquish, and one thing is vexing me:

the chassis mounted servo and panhard kit. aside from the scale looks and the panhard to fix bumpsteer caused by the cms (for scale looks...). is it ONLY for scale looks (and to fix the issue caused by scale looks) or is the panhard actually an upgrade over the 4 link? im not making this thing into a scaler, but i DO want it to work as well as possible.

next up, what tire size is this thing? 2.2, right? trying to figure tire/wheel combos....

thats all i can think of for now!

Yes the pan hard is mostly just for looks. The most popular tires are the 2.2 pit bulls and the swamper tsl. Wheels are all personal preference

Unless your your going for scale looks don't bother with the cms its more trouble then its worth. Yes it works but the stock set-up works better. As for tires I run the new Pitbull tires and the Rc4wd Swamper Iroks. IMO the Pitbulls kick ass on the rocks but the Iroks work better for me in the trail. In any case make sure you get Crawler Innovations foams for what ever tire you choose. The performance differnece is night and day better!!!

There is one advantage in the CMS setup compared to stock. If you are not going to swim with your wraith the CMS raises the servo a bit so you can wade a bit deeper without waterproofing the servo. Other than that it's just for looks.

Not much of an advantage, i know, but not everybody wants a submarine.
