Box stock Rtr wraith normal rotation!?

Hey guys I bought a new rtr Wraith about 2 months ago and I just ordered a titan 550 21t reversed motor for it but they sent me the normal rotation by accident. Upon inspection my Wraith is NOT reverse rotation! My buddy has one just a month or so older and ordered a reverse rotation titan motor the same day I did and his ran backward because his rtr Wraith is not reverse rotation either! Is this something the factory corrected recently? Thanks

You can always switch the motor leads so instead of black with black and red with red its the other way around. See if that helps.

We did switch the leads on my buddies wraith but they goofed up and sent me a normal rotation motor which worked out great! I was just curious if the factory fixed the goof up in assembling these wraiths to run reverse rotation. I searched and found out that the rtr wraith needed a reverse rotation motor but the two me and my buddy bought are box stock and run a normal rotation motor. The TX throttle channel is on normal setting also.

It all depends on which side you pit the ring gear on the pumpkin.

Foreward and reverse rotation refers to which direction the motor is rotating while looking at the pinion. There is more info here.

Ok sweet! Now my main question I guess is did axial start assembling there wraiths per their instructions? Lol Cause mine is a box stock rtr and it is not reverse rotation like I read here in the forums. :screwy: Thanks!
