Default Suspension question

I have seen a few people doing a flip mod to lower the wraith, but for what purpose? I have mine built as a decent speed using a MMP/ Tekin 13.5rs setup. I also use the wraith as the ultimate trail/crawler rig. Would lowering the wraith be a positive mod for this? I figured lowering the wraith would just cause it to get hung up on things. Please give me your input.

It's to lower the CG. Better handling overall. However, im lowering mine via AMF lowering kit...I don't want to lose any ground clearance.

Mines lowered. Doesn't flip over every time I turn now. I like it much better

I guess its all in how you build it. Im not worried about handling. I have buggies and short courses for that lol. I wanted decent wheel speed for climbing and torque for crawling

That Tekin 13.5T is gives tons of speed on 2S. I have That one with Tekin RS ESC. I am just using it for a speed basher.

I use the Traxxas Big Bore shocks and flipped the lower shock mounts to lower the Wraith for better handling.....it is still crazy!! My "Flipper" lol

Lowered mine to. For fast dune running never saw the need to raise it for crawling

The wraith is too tall stock for crawling imo. The cog is super high on a wraith and lowering it helps its performance everywhere

Level 3 stuff is so cheap!! I busted two screws they sent! Worst hardware ever. I also had to dremel and modify the front droop kit so it didn't look so "Fugly"...lol For the price it was good to get the job done but overall Level 3 sucks!!
