Default Wraith steering linkage with cms?

I'm doing all my upgrades as I put my wraith together out of the box. I installed the vp cms kit and panhard kit and removed the driver front upper link. It appears to me that I have to replace the stock steering linkage as well. Anyone care to verify this before I buy the steering kit or give me any insight on how I may get around it?

not sure on weather you "have" to but I would replace the stock linkage it's really flimsy and with a high torque servo your really not going to gain much with the stock steering links. I would put titanium links on it and not have to worry about it later on. that was one of the first things I ordered for my kit.

Just remember if you use VP steering links you will need wheel spacers or VP hubs/rims stock rims rub

I have a VP front end on my Wraith. C hubs, knuckles, cms, panhard, steering, and NO wheel wideners.

I ordered my steering setup today as well as a set of bead locks. I found that the front wheel hexes from a 2wd slash are wider so if I need to go that route that's how I plan on doing it.
