Default 2 speed wraith build

So all the parts showed up, minus the aluminum steering arm, tonight I've installed the RC4WD AX2 2 speed transmission, 10 piece Blue Monkey Titanium arm set, MIP driveshafts, LRP Vector X11 sensored motor, and a Savox SA-1231SG steering servo.

Still have to install a shift servo, going to go with a traxxas 2080 mini servo, or something similar, this way the shifters on the interior won't have to be removed, I took the transmission to do a quality control check, heard a few horror stories with bad assembly, mine was perfect, just added a little thixo grease and assembled it.

How did the 2080 servo work out?

So I'm wanting to get a 2 speed for my wraith. But I can't find a definite answer as to if I need to buy shorter drive shafts. Can you help me out? I don't know how to shorten the stock shafts so I'd rather buy new ones if I need to.

You do not need new shafts, AX2 uses the same length as stock.
