HELP ME DECIDE - Wraith or SCX

I run 2.2 on my dingo and can keep up with wraiths the wraiths have an advantage in wheel speed and wider track but I'm working on getting a wraith

I have both. The wheelbase and wider stance of the Wraith has both pros and cons. It's also less capable stock than the SCX-10 because of high COG. It needs lowering to function well, which makes the skid even lower. It's not as capable over sharp obstacles as the shorter SCX-10. The wider stance also brings disadvantages in certain situations. That said I love my Wraith! I favor it because of it's mean looks, adversability and crawling capabilities. For the main part it sure performs better than it's little brother in crawling.

The thing is that my buddies tend to drive the smaller 1.9/1.55 cars when we're out having fun. Then it might not be as fun to drive a more capable Wraith. This is the main reason I bought my first SCX-10, but I sure had a lot of fun with it since. I'd recommend getting what the other guys are running.

i also had both, ended up selling the scx10 for another wraith lol. Much more versatile
