Default Just Another Wraith DMG style....

I have been out of the crawler scene for a couple years and really miss it. So I am building a Wraith from piecing it together. I have been collecting parts for about 4 months now and its ready to be built.
I am trying to build it as cheap as possible, but man its hard to keep in budget...
Parts that I am planning on building it with (I have most so far)
-Stock Chassis and skid (planning on doing a DMG stump Stiffy Kit)
-Ax10 locked trans, with Super Shafty motor plate
-Mip drive shafts w/Traxxas grub screws at axle end
-Vanquish Hurtz dig w/HiTech low profile servo
-Vanquish titanium link set
-Vanquish titanium steering links
-Vanquish CMS kit
-Vanquish chubs and knuckles
-Vanquish OMF gunmetal/grey wheels 475 hubs
-Axial universals
-Axial esc for now
-Holmes Hobbies Trail master Pro 27t motor
-Savox 1230 servo
-CC bec
-Dinky RC hood
-RC4WD MT Baja Claws
-Crawler Innovations delrin electronics tray
-Gmade Aeration shocks w/soft springs
Here are some photos of it so far...still waiting on some parts...
I cut body straight instead of the stock look...
Dinky RC Hood ....Hood pins are Associated cap head screws ..I think its a much cleaner look then the big Traxxas posts..Just my opinion...
Hurtz Dig..Tight fit with interior but with the low profile servo I have coming it shoud just fit..I hope...
I cut a relief in the rear of the interior so it wouldn't have that big hole in the back, it will also have a Exo radiator in the back as well...
Vanquish OMF Wheels...These things are sweet....
Vanquish CMS kit

Very nice job!! One thing I would do is change around the drive shafts, have the male end up on the transmission side.

Well I finally got the trany built...super shafty motor plate, VP hurtz dig, Low profile servo, 32pitch gears, and HH trail master 27t motor.

I had to grind the servo case so the MIP drive shaft would clear...

Okay...got it pretty much mocked up...still need to get it wired up and get a battery...

I had to heat up the interior with a heat gun and mold the lexan so the dig shift arm would be able to move free...hard to see in pic but it turned out pretty good...once the seat and driver are in no one will see it....

Got a set of VP trusses ....

Also got some RC4WD Baja Claws TTC tires. These things are tall, narrow, and very sticky. I love them!!!
I am just using the stock foam for now...don't know what foam I want to use in them yet...

Well I have been looking at all the fastback mods done on here, I had these links in my junk pile and came up with this...I want to get a DMG stiffy stump back someday, but I cant afford one yet...

I had a extra exo engine piece and cut it up and am thinking of putting it in the rear cargo area...
