I have the same chassis. Can you take a pic of the whole rig so I can see the look of it now. I really like the idea you had modifying it.

Never mind. Phone didn't finish loading all of the pics. Looks great man

Got the cheap Tamiya Toyota body for Christmas so I went to work attaching it to my frame. The back half is held by not very much Velcro and the front is secured with two m3 screws and lock nuts. I also got the bed but I think I'm gonna leave it off and keep this a truggy build. If anyone has used this body and knows how to box in the rear I'd like to see a couple of pics. But for now it's wonderful, it looks pretty great and I can still pull my batteries out from the rear and secure them without removing the body.

Did some trimming as well, still have more to do though. Certain situations cause the tires to really rub still. More pics to come tomorrow. Most of them are on the tablet I keep at work.

Here's some more of it. Last night I decided to change the front overhead bar to one that's straight across instead of the one it had. Looked awful in my opinion.

So here's an update on this runt. I started with a wraith drivetrain but I've decided to go more scx10 for the appearance. But that's all mumbo jumbo for now. Was playing with it the other day and got to an impass with a rock bank leading to a wall. Throttled out and found a front tire between a rock and a hard place... And SNAP! Sheared on of the front axles...

So I upgraded...

Wraith VVD's and they are totally worth the money.
