| Dear Incision, check your QC please
I just received 1 package of IRC00040 your Wraith 10 piece link kit. You only included 16 steel balls (SHOULD HAVE 20), and only included 16 rod ends (SHOULD HAVE INCLUDED 20). My Bomber kit also had hardware that was too short. Just wanted you and anyone who purchases your product to be aware you need to plan on including your own parts to get the job done. |

To be fair my incision 10 link kit came with all the necessary hardware, no problems here. These things are packaged by humans, thus errors will occur. |

Vanquish has always taken care of me with nothing more than an email or phone call. That's what you should've done first.

I had the same problem with my links. Had to spend 10 more on rod ends. No way I was waiting for shipping or for vp to figure it out. Ya win some you lose some. Very nice links that take a massive amount of abuse.
