Vanquish links are not the same.

As I was putting my vanquish titanium links together I noticed one was a bit longer and the bends are not quite the same. Seems this will effect alignment but I'm not sure if it really matters that much. I could back out the shorter links to match the length of the longer one I reckon. What are y'all's thoughts?

Looks like a mistake; all four of those links should be the same length. I would contact Vanquish and see if they will get you the right part.

They'll take care of ya. If you don't hear back in a day or so, call them. I had the same thing happen a while back.

everyone says vanquish is so good at getting back to you but i emailed them about an incision locker that didnt line up with the holes of the gear and its been three weeks and i havent heard back, even left my cell phone number for a contact.....smh i still love vanquish but sux that i had that happend. i ended up modifying it myself and wont be buying incision again

Did you try more than once? On 2 occasions I had to call again or send another email. They stay pretty busy and get backed up, sometimes one will slip through the cracks. I know it's not ideal but if you keep trying you will get someone eventually and once you do they will make it right.

Yep. Try and call or send them another email. Even the best of companies have emails slip through the cracks or get caught in the spam filter.

I received 2 new links in the mail on Saturday. Vanquish made it right but I kinda wish the had contacted me and kept me posted on what they were going to do. I am going to make another purchase from them and they could have just thrown them in with my next order.
