Default How the Spartan Buggy Travels

Recently I took a trip to Maine. I drove this time, but usually fly. I wanted to put together a case so that I could take the buggy, plus tools and extra parts, but didn't want it bigger than a suit case. This is what I came up with. I am interested to know how you all transport your rigs.

Not bad. My local SamsClub was selling knockoff Pelican boxes the next size down from that one. If you remove the wheels and shocks from the axles it'd fit in there. Or get a cheap hard side carry on from Target or WallyWorld and do the same then it'd have wheels.

That's plenty of case and will easily fly as a checked bag. Just be sure to carry on the lipos in a lipo bag at storage charge.

Great call Brake Weight! I will def do that. I'm very fortunate to have access to a lot of pelican cases. I have one of each size. You ever seen the lady at the airport with all the matching luggage? All different sizes. I'm the guy with matching Pelican Cases. All different sizes. It's how I carry my clothes some times, my rifles / hand guns, and now the Spartan Buggy.

Glad you guys are diggin' it.

That case worked out quite well!

I love Pelicans. I have one for my $1800 AR15 and just ordered a 1500 Protector from work for our Fluke 1524. ($3500 thermometer)
