| Skid plate height?
What should I be shooting for on the skid plate height? I did a search and seem to see 3 to 3 1/2 inches on a lot of them, does that sound like a good height for a stock chassis w/ Chaotic links? Also, is that sitting static or lifting the chassis up and keeping all the tires on the ground? |

At rest a good place to sit is between 2 3/4"-3 1/4" but it all depends on your terrain and course setup...

yeah, really depend son what you run on, lots of breakovers, yu want more height, lots of sidehills, you want lower COG... you really just need to drive it and adjust it as needed for you.

I'm at 3 1/8" and it feels great. I want to try 3 1/4" though.

Ive found right at 3 1/8'' or so is good for me, seems to be a good all around height for the type/combo of terrain i see.
