Default Loose lower links at chassis?

The rod ends seem to be a little too thin for the area they connect to at the chassis so they slop around a bit.. Is everyone's like this? It seems to be the same problem at the axles and even the lower shock mounts, but the plastic at those points will crush and take up the slack if you tighten the screws a little extra..

You will get that with some things if the parts are molded or formed. If the parts are machined and are made to hold tight tolerances, you can expect allot better fit. Both the XR's we have did have a touch of this at the skid, not enough to really worry about. A thin washer on one side of the rod end in the pocket will help.

That or some small pieces of fuel tubing'll work too.

Loose is better than binding.
