| Re: help. high clearance link setup
Here is what it looks like now: These links were in with a whole bunch of other things, so I don't know what kind they are. the distance from one end to the other of the round links are about 4 inches and the square ones are about a 1/8" shorter. Actually now it seems like the shocks are too short. I've never had an rc car like this so I'm not real certain. BTW - thanks for the help everyone has given me. |

The rodends on the uppers are wrong that's what is throwing off your angles. Looks like the rods are stock length but the ends are about twice as long as the stock ones.

| Re: help. high clearance link setup Here's an old pic or mine, and even with the knuckle weights you can see the angle that knuckles are sitting at. My setup isn't perfect, but this is closer to what you're looking for. |

I ran mine with the machined set on the lowers like you had it, guess it depends how the rest of the rig was set up. But either way if your happy and it works...run it BEFORE: AFTER: Last edited by OhioCrawler; 03-31-2012 at 07:11 PM. |

Looks good. Do you have any pics of how your front axle is clocked to show the OP? I don't have access to a ton of pics right now cuz I'm on a work computer.
