i remember Krawlfreak made a chassis using that same technique you used on the wheels. i was wondering when someone would make some wheels like that maybe we'll see some for sale?

And here i have the next version of my wheels:

LightWeight Beadlocks:

With AL Hardware i think the wheels have a weight about 22g... Maybe i´ll test it also with an 1.5mm CF-Frontring...

Next week i´ve to test my parts

Greets,
Gerry

Well done on your own design chassis and wheels. How is it performing for you against the other guys you comp with?

Just wanted to thank Gerry for cutting me some cf wheels out. His are a good bit thicker than most others that are out there and also only have 3 screw holes for the hubs which I think will also keep them from breaking. I think drilling 6 holes takes to much meat away which adds stress risers. I have only ran a few packs through them but they have taken a few hard falls and hits to the wheel faces and only have a small scratch on them. They got me down to 3lbs 8oz without knuckle weights and around 3lbs 10.5oz with weight rings. Here is a few pictures.
