You need to calibrate both ESC's to your radio at the same time. Its a tricky process but can and must be done.

Secondly, you need to make sure your motors are set at 0* timing. If at that time both ESC's are calibrated identically and motors are at zero and the problem still exists you can increase the timing or decrease the timing to get both motors in sync.

A good set of matched motors will eliminate the motors being at fault.

Thank You! I will look in to how to do that. Also will add that they are Tekin 45T Handwounds.

My micro sidewinder won't calibrate, I plug in my battery turn it on while holding full throttle, and I get all 3 lights to flash a couple times then 1 red flash and then only yellow and green , all in 2 secs. , yellow and green flash every sec. Until I unplug battery.

I'm sorry I can't tell you the exact one I'm using right now but can tell you mine did the same with the newest. Had to change to older version the everything works perfect. Its because of you're radio

Make sure you have a fresh battery. I tried this with a battery that was triggering low voltage cutoff, and it drove me insane...

Did you have problems calibrating also because I'm following the guide in the manual and I'm getting led patterns not even close to what the manual says.

I got motors to start at same time but rear motor is slower by about 15%, i changed to v3.2 (i think) calibrating actually work like it said it would in manual. also i should mention esc settings are exact same. what could it be?

Check the timing of both your motors to see if they are off at all. Also check the TH and AUX EPA's on the radio to see if they are off from each other.
