After blowing teeth off yet another HR LW top gear, I was contemplating rc4wd gears..
I would pay extra for the bottom gear to be lightened! (Maybe for the future?)

That's pretty sweet that you're offering them lightened and for the same price.

3/16 Garr carbide with TiALN coating. Some where around 2800 or so. I just did it free hand on a Bridgeport mill.

Case hardened at the most. They do drill WAY to easy. Best economic choice. Axial Machined are better.

I broke 2 sets of HR.

Wore out 3 sets of RC4WD until the teeth folded over.

Only broke 1 Axial Machined set.

Took out about 7g from my final, from about 26 to 19, my scale only shows grammes and +/-1g accuracy, lost about 14g for complete tranny
