Default steering problem

I just ordered the bent steering link for the wraith and have axial alum c hubs with vanquish spindes and the link is either to long or the axial c hubs are to short need help thanks

Your question could probably be answered in the Wraith forum, but...
I have mine mounted on the bottom of the knuckles (longer distance than on the top) and still had to put a bit more bend in the VP tierod.

Well, that was confusing.
The Wriath tierod won't fit the XR10...as you've found out, it's too long.

I have a wraith one on my Xr-10. Just have to bend it a little more on each side till it fits.

Must have quite a bend in it.
Tierod on my XR is approx 176mm e2e
Tierod on my Wraith is approx 198mm e2e

Plus, a 1/4" tierod on an XR would be major overkill and hard to tuck up behind the axle.

It's not that bad. I don't know how to post pictures or I would.


Or I may just not be thinking right. But I'm pretty sure it's all wraith parts up front. It was all bought in 2012 so it's hard for me to remember. Lol I just remember it was straight and wouldn't work so I had to put two bends in it.
