| titanium gear shafts
was wondering who all runs the titanium gear shafts in the xr10 gear boxes.and have you done the bushing mod or the bearing mod

I have 'em front and rear with VP cases. Still have the bearings and no issues over 3 year's use. Although, I'm not hard on my trucks and I did do the two-bolt mod on the rear.

I ran one in the rear but switched the front back to the steel one after snapping a Ti one at the pin hole. The front takes the most abuse and Ti flex's more then steel so they tend to break. I run a delrin bushing I made years ago and never had a gear failure from that. |
