I put two batteries through mine yesterday, and it held together really well. You will want to change out the stock steering servo. I hit a tree at high speed because of the slow steering, and nothing broke. I was amazed.

Buy a spare front shock tower or two I broke the lower part of mine where the plastic arms attach. It was a freak accident though but I've read that this has happened to others

I ordered the stock part for $6 on eBay. I saw that someone made a carbon fiber replacement for it at $40 but I figured I'll wait until someone designs a metal one. Google search if you don't mind the carbon one

It's pretty tough out of the box. My pinion came loose first run. Easy fix. Servo smoked on the third day. I was abusing it on the rocks though. And today I managed to snap a lower control arm. I hit a pole at full speed though. And it's only 20f out so plastic gets a little more brittle. I didn't even notice it had broken, I was blown away when it drove away, but when I got it back on the bench I noticed the control arm was broken.

If my .02 matters. Unlike other axial rigs where you can splurge 1k in upgrades , why? Just drive it and fix what breaks. I rand the 1/10 yeti for 10 plus packs and didn't doend nearly what some have to get hours upon hours of dnjoyment. There machines and machines break. With resources like ebay 5 days for a part isn't bad.
