Default Receiver box question

Finally got all electronics installed. All that is left is to link esc to radio. I am building the kit and there is a rubber grommet that slides in a groove in the receiver box for all the wires. I can't make it work with all the extra wires (y-harness for ebec and motor and esc fans). I only bash dirt no water will it be a problem not using this Grommet or seal?

It will not be an issue. just be careful if you're around water. You could always use silicone sealer around the wires to keep the moisture out if you get nervous.

Hog out the section a little and cut a 1/4 grommet in half for a little more room or just wrap your wires in as much electrical tape as needed to cover the hole as best you can. Not 100% WP but it will be 99% dust proof.

The connections on the Y harness do not need to be in the enclosed area, just spray some corrosion x or some grease in the plug and then plug it back together so it will not corrode. Another note of mention that many may miss or not think about is drilling a weep hole or two under the servo so the water drains in that area, the rest is a bath tub in its self...
