Hmmm......well let me tell you what I've replaced on mine within a month.
Vanquish hubs (factory stripped)
MIP drive shaft ( snapped atleast 10 plastic ones)
HD Ring and pinion
Steel rear differential cover
RPM lower arms
Axial titanium front links
Axial titanium rear links
Aluminum steering rack
Vanquish double sheer steering rack kit
Vanquish knuckles
Servo stripped on me today.

I beat on mine pretty hard. All the links and steering upgrades I got to tighten the steering up a little as its a little sloppy. The main things I've broke are the hubs, stripped ring and pinion, stripped spur gear, busted a arm, and the driveshaft has been the worst problem. I got some hd traxxas parts and pieced together a rear shaft and I snap them like crazy too. Just put the MIP rear shaft in today to take care of that problem. It's a money pit. But it's a fun money pit. Oh yeah, I've replaced the wheels and tires too. Stock tires have a problem with coming off the rim. I glued mine and they did awesome.

I'm just the opposite here... I locked the front of mine up and since I've broken one traxxas differential output shaft and bent both of the traxxas CVD's up front. While the stock rear driveshaft hasn't given me one problem... yet. (I am underdriving the rear though)

well here is all the stuff i did to it,

1- Slipper/Spur gear, Revamped them
2- VP locker in the back
3- Rear lock outs, plastic to aluminum,
4- Rear Truss, wanted aluminum so i went there,
5- Diff Cover from strc, slong with HD overdrive gears,
6- shock tune and spring tune were in oreder so did that all around,
7- 4 link mounts
8- Front shock tower
9- link mounts
10- rear upper shock plates

now time to go drive it! hope i like it.
