No, i havent started to build my kit yet. Waiting for a batch of hop up's and a powerplant.

The reason im interested in this is mainly cause plastic flex under stress, wich then coud turn to destroyed pinion/gear ect.

Was just looking to make it more "sturdy", but if the fitment is sloppy, then i woud pass, and hope a more "reputable" brand make one.

There is no need for an aluminum one.

Plastic flexes under stress, when designed right that is a benefit. Aluminum will break everything else around it.

If it could be modded like the Dlux housing I'd like it. Just not a fan of the small inner bearings anymore (3s seems to kill them very dast)

I've been running mine for a while now and it's been excellent. BT you're right, it does flex, and that caused me problems with gear mesh. So I added the ally bulkhead and did some shimming. No more crunchy gears.

I just bought one, because I can't get on the brakes at any speed without the front diff getting pissed off. I have yet to install it but I'm sure it will help a little. I waited for a couple months to make sure that guys weren't breaking their's. I have yet to see anyone with any issues, otherwise I wouldn't have bought it.
