Just got a new to me Yeti kit. Has RX8 gen 1 esc, sensorless skyrc toro short course 1/8 motor & stock gears. I'm thinking I'd like to go sensored for more low speed maneuverability but still keep that speed with a 2s or 3s batt. Would a 412ROC be a good choice? Thx for any input, just getting back into the hobby, a lot has changed since I was a kid! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

I would (and did) go with th Pro4HD 3000 over the roc412, I've geared mine 13/64 and zero cogging, smooth as silk. Fits with no trimming, sensor and all Hang up and Drive |

Saw on castles site they have a 2400kv sensored motor to go with the new mamba x esc that would probably be good in a yeti

Mamba x is waterproof except for the fan Im pretty sure. you do however need a special sensor wire with the MMX that you can buy from castle
