Some goodies from Sven arrived the other day:  And here's how they go together:  (you'll notice the "M" on this plate....for Motor side)  Before you bolt on this next piece, you need to slide the servo in:  Just a note, these mounts require that you have your link/shock mount bolted to the axle at the inner mounting point.
