Purchase here:

CreationFab - CreationFab Parts Housings

This is just a pic of what I did for a customer so I took a couple crappy pics for now until I can make more.

For $60 you can have a wide or stock width splined housing ready to go. This includes all the hardware, with the caster set and tubes glued to the back half of the case.

For $50 you can have a wide or stock width NON-splined housing ready to go. This includes all the hardware, with the caster set and tubes glued to the back half of the case.

The wide splined housing below is meant to directly drop in stock XR-10 universals, XR-10 Chubs, and XR-10 Knuckles, giving you more steering and stronger axles

PM me for more info.

Thanks for the continuing support.

Would you want universals, bearings, and a tie rod?

Re: CreationFab's Pre-Fabbed AX-10/XR-10 hybrid housing!

Probaly just the cvds and bearings I can make my own tierod. If I did the standard width do you cut down the cvds or is that something I would have to do myself I'm just tryin to get a price range so I can start saving up I've been wanting to do this for awhile thanks

Re: CreationFab's Pre-Fabbed AX-10/XR-10 hybrid housing!

Ok so I tried to put together my custom axle I got from you with the splined ends for xr chub, knuckle and axles. I got the first VP chub about half way on and its stuck. I can not get it to go on further or get it to come off. Mind you I am trying to be nice as they are brand new VP hubs and don't really want them scrached to s***!!! Any advice to get these things together without them getting stuck or having to trash brand new VP chubs? The fit to me is way to tight!!! I can not even get them started with out hitting it pretty good with a hammer ( which I cringe every swing).

Please help!!! Thanks

Re: CreationFab's Pre-Fabbed AX-10/XR-10 hybrid housing!

Thats' just the way they are. They are tight as advertised. Use a piece of wood on the chubs, then hit the wood lightly with the housing on a firm surface until it goes on. If you have a small enough piece of wood to go through the ears, and press on the round part, that would be better. PM me if you need more help. I would be glad to help"thumbsup"

Do you have a pic of the straight shafts cut to size?

maybe some sizes also.

Re: CreationFab's Pre-Fabbed AX-10/XR-10 hybrid housing!

I dont unfortunately.

Turns out 2 long sides trilled down are a better option. People seem to be having good luck with 2 shorts, but you get more engagement from 2 long side XR shafts cut down
